Lodging reservations must be made with the Omni Shoreham Hotel directly.

In order to ensure that rooms are available for all attendees, ISEC 2007 contracted a block of
rooms at the Omni Shoreham Hotel, and therefore, has assumed a financial liability for any and all
rooms in that block that are not reserved. You are strongly encouraged to reserve your room(s) at
the Omni Shoreham Hotel to limit the conferences' financial liability. Please help ISEC 2007
achieve overall success by making your reservation at the resort prior to the advance housing
deadline.

Lodging Fees

US $219 single/double - Run of House Hotel Room
US $20 Additional per person/per night fee

- Make lodging arrangements early because rooms are limited.
- All Lodging Forms, deposits, and inquiries should be sent to the Omni Shoreham Hotel
..and NOT to ISEC 2007 or Centennial Conferences.
- Rates do not include applicable state or local taxes or surcharges (contact the Omni
.. Shoreham Hotel for details).
- ISEC 2007 or Centennial Conferences are not responsible for lodging arrangements.
...However, we will be glad to try to help you resolve any problems you may have.
- All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card, which will be supplied
...at the time of reservation. Cancellations will be accepted up to 48 hours prior to arrival.
...If the reservation is no longer required and is not cancelled prior to this tie, the
...reservation will be released and subsequent room and tax charges will be billed to the
...credit card on file.

Reservations will be confirmed by email or fax after the deposit is received. Please make
sure to write your contact information clearly.

Other Lodging Information
- Check-in time is after 3:00 pm and check-out time is prior to 12:00 noon.
- No shows will be charged the room rate indicated on the reservation confirmation for the entire
....reserved period less any revenue received from the room being resold over the specific dates of
....the conference.

Sharing Rooms
- The additional per person/per night fee is US $20.00. Children 12 and under stay free.
- Roommates and guests are the responsibility of each individual. If one person cancels, the
....other(s) will be charged the FULL RATE. No shows, late arrivals, and early departures will be
....charged the full amount for the entire stay.

Cancellations
- Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival are subject to forfeiture of the entire deposit amount.
- No shows will be charged the room rate indicated on the reservation confirmation for the entire
....reserved period less any revenue received from the room being resold over the specific dates of
....the conference.
- Any lodging refund will be sent by the Omni Shoreham Hotel.

Government Rates
A limited number of Government rate rooms are available at the Omni Shoreham Hotel starting on
Sunday, June 10 through Thursday, June 14, 2007. These rooms are available on a first-come,
first-serve basis.

To reserve a government rate room, please make your reservation at the ISEC 2007
conference rate at the Omni Shoreham Hotel as addressed above and then contact
Centennial Conferences in writing at isec07@centennialconferences.com to request the
government rate. These rates will be confirmed, by Centennial Conferences, 30 days
prior to the conference at which point you will receive written notification that the
government rate has been extended to you.
Government ID must be provided at check in.
